15 December 2019 – Christian Gries GmbH with its registered seat in Niedernberg, Germany is the new sole owner of the «Gries Deco-Group». It acquired from Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund the remaining 90%, in addition to the 10% already held, of the quotas in Gries Deco Holding GmbH with its registered seat in Niedernberg, Germany, and 100% of the shares in DEPOT CH AG with its registered seat in Winterthur, Switzerland, as part of a management buy-out transaction (MBO). On December 13, 2019, the transactions contemplated by the share purchase agreement were successfully consummated. «Gries Deco-Group» develops, produces, imports, exports and distributes furnishings, especially household, decorative and gift articles.
