16 June 2020 – Sunrise Communications Ltd acquired Wilmaa Holding Ltd and all of its subsidiaries. Wilmaa is a pioneer in web TV and offers digital (over-the-top, OTT) television for smartphones, tablets, and PCs as well as large TVs at home.
