ImmoZins closes CHF 12.5 Mio. Series Seed Financing Round

2 July 2020 – The Swiss PropTech start-up Immonzins announced its CHF 12.5 Million series seed financing round.

Walder Wyss advised ImmoZins on all legal aspects of the transaction. The team was led by Florian Gunz Niedermann (Corporate/M&A, Partner) and included Olivia Feusi (Corporate/M&A, Managing Associate), Francis Nordmann (Real Estate, Partner) and Thomas Müller (Finance/Regulatory, Partner).
