20 July 2020 – Swiss IT Security AG, a portfolio company of Ufenau Capital Partners, acquires keyon AG as part of Swiss IT Security Group's ongoing growth strategy.

The full-service provider specialises in the areas of Microsoft Cloud security, enterprise PKI management, digital signature services, enterprise key management, database and file encryption and software engineering.
