17 August 2020 – DCM Film Distribution (Schweiz) GmbH has now acquired an interest in Arthouse Commercio Movie AG and, as of 15 July, has taken over the operational business involving programming, communications and marketing for this long-established arthouse cinema in Zurich.

As a producer and distributor, DCM brings 10 to 12 selected films a year to German and Swiss cinemas, including both its own productions and those bought in from the national and international film scene. Its portfolio ranges from the Oscar®-winning MOONLIGHT (2016) and the local hit comedy and co-production THE AWAKENING OF MOTTI WOLKENBRUCH (2018) through to Julian Schnabel’s AT ETERNITY‘S GATE (2018).
