Dominik Hohler is a partner in the Transaction Team. He advises national and international companies regarding their restructuring, financing, establishment and expansion projects as well as with regard to reorganisation measures and insolvency. He also focuses his practice on domestic and international M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. Additionally, he advises corporate clients on all matters of corporate and commercial law related to their daily operations. Dominik Hohler regularly publishes and lectures in his fields of expertise, i.a. as lecturer at University of Zurich.

Dominik Hohler was educated at the Universities of Zurich (lic. iur. 2006) and Geneva and at the Queen Mary University, London (LL.M. Corporate & Commercial Law 2012). Before joining Walder Wyss he worked as a trainee and law clerk at the District Court of Zurich and as lawyer in another business law firm/notary's office in Zug.

Dominik Hohler's professional languages are German and English. He also speaks French. He is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
