17 August 2020 – Proman Holding AG acquired and received 500,000,001 registered shares in Consolidated Energy Ltd, Wollerau from MFH Holding GesmbH at a purchase price of net USD 588,500,000, and an earn-out amount which shall in no event exceed USD 100,000,000, whereas part of the transferred shares were contributed by way of a contribution in kind and the other part of the transferred shares were sold and transferred as acquisition of assets.
