Mobiliar finances a part of Carvolution’s fleet of rental cars in a volume of up to CHF 50’000’000

7 September 2020 – Mobiliar finances a part of Carvolution’s fleet of rental cars in a volume of up to CHF 50’000’000. Carvolution is the market leader in Switzerland for rental car solutions. The transaction structure involves a special purpose vehicle company (SPV) that is wholly owned by Carvolution and financed by Mobiliar.

Walder Wyss advises Mobiliar on this transaction in respect of all legal and tax related matters. Walder Wyss acted as lead counsel and was responsible for structuring and implementing the transaction from all legal and tax law aspects.
