1 October 2020 – Studer Family Office acquired NSM Holding AG, which mainly consists of the software engineering company NSM Engineering AG based in Baar and nearshore development centers in Serbia and Romania. The acknowledged management team, led by the CEO Oliver Marjanovic and CCO Marco Eberhardt, will continue to lead the company. The transaction ensures the long-term independence and continuity of the company and will combine forces of the digitalization expertise of both companies.
