11 November 2020 – The Fundamenta Group in Zug and the Luzerner Kantonalbank announced the conclusion of a cooperation agreement under which LUKB will, among other things, acquire 30% of Fundamenta Group Holding AG. With this cooperation, Fundamenta Group will expand its third-party business and LUKB's clients will have easier access to the comprehensive real estate services of Fundamenta Group.
