CHF 7.8 Mio. Series B Financing Round of 1plusX AG

21 January 2021 – Walder Wyss has advised Swisscanto Invest by Zürcher Kantonalbank in connection with its investment in a 7.8 mio series B financing round of 1plusX AG, a provider of a proprietary predictive analytics platform powered by advanced AI technology enabling media companies and marketers to turn data points into accurate and actionable predictions in order to make better data-driven decisions and to optimize their businesses.

The Walder Wyss team has been led by Alex Nikitine (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and included Thiemo Sturny (Partner, Corporate/M&A), Dimitrios Berger (Associate, Corporate/M&A) and Hugh Reeves (Senior Associate, IP/IT).
