PostFinance acquires E-Invoicing Business from SIX Paynet

14 April 2021 – PostFinance AG acquires the e-invoicing business from SIX Paynet AG, one of Switzerland’s leading e-invoicing providers. The purchase was structured as a bulk asset transfer under the Merger Act and completed on 1 April 2021. It includes the existing customer base as well as the Paynet sales staff, enabling PostFinance to ensure continuity and stability for customers and employees.

Walder Wyss advised PostFinance AG on all legal and tax aspects of the transaction.
