Michael Kissling is an attorney in the Corporate/M&A team of Walder Wyss. His preferred areas of practice include contract law and corporate and commercial law. He advises clients in the implementation of their projects, from the initial conceptual phase to negotiation and contract drafting and offers assistance in dispute settlement.
Michael Kissling completed his law studies at the University of Helsinki and the University of Bern at the top of his class (MLaw University of Bern, 2016). During his studies, he worked at the Institute of Banking Law of the University of Bern and subsequently performed legal internships at a leading business law firm in Zurich and at the Supreme Court of the Canton of Bern. Before joining Walder Wyss as an associate, he worked as a law clerk at the Commercial Court of the Canton of Bern.
Michael Kissling practises law primarily in German and English and also speaks French. He is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
