AFRY acquired Optima Nexus

20 April 2021 – AFRY, a European leader in engineering, design, and advisory services, acquired Optima Nexus, a Swiss-based digital company specialised in strategic asset management. The acquisition of Optima Nexus is in line with AFRY’s digitalisation strategy and will strengthen the capabilities within digital asset management.

Walder Wyss advised the buyer in this transaction.
