Acquisition of Majority Stake in fedafin AG

29 April 2021 – Walder Wyss advised the buyer of a majority stake in fedafin AG, a FINMA recognized rating agency with a broad market base and a provider of issuer and issue ratings for Swiss companies and municipalities.

The team was led by Markus Vischer (Corporate/M&A, Partner), and further included Dimitrios Berger (Corporate/M&A, Senior Associate) and Leandro Schafer (Corporate/M&A, Trainee Lawyer).
