26 May 2021 – MoonLake Immunotherapeutics AG, a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on creating next-level therapies for inflammatory skin and joint diseases, has closed a Series A financing round. In the context of this financing round, Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, has acquired a stake in MoonLake Immunotherapeutics AG and out-licensed its Tri-specific Nanobody®, Sonelokimab (M1095/ALX 0761), for the treatment of inflammatory diseases in dermatology and rheumatology, to MoonLake Immunotherapeutics AG.
