27 September 2021 – Ultra Forensic Technology sold its Projectina AG business (Projectina) to Heligan Group. As a niche forensic and security-focused optical engineering business, Projectina has been manufacturing microscopes, document examination products, forensic crime scene equipment, and delivering custom OEM engineering services for over four decades.
