29 September 2021 – Ringier Axel Springer Schweiz AG ("RASCH") acquired GRYPS Offertenportal AG from its founders and further shareholders. "GRYPS" is specialized in procuring products and services for SMEs. It is intended to add further content relevant for SMEs on the platform.
