27 January 2022 – On January 27, 2022, the Constellation V Fund and the minority shareholders sold 75% of the shares in Swiss E-Mobility Group (Holding) AG to TVS Motor Company. The SEMG group is a market-leading provider of e-mobility solutions within the DACH region and operating the largest pure-play e-bike retail chain “m-way” in Switzerland.
