Areas of activity: Private Clients Start-ups & Venture Capital Tax

Ursina Gremminger is a managing associate in the tax team. She is a lawyer and certified tax expert and holds a DAS in Swiss VAT. Ursina Gremminger advises companies, entrepreneurs and individuals in matters of national and international tax law as well as in matters of inheritance law, matrimonial property law and with regard to estate planning and settlements.

Ursina Gremminger studied Management at the Universities of St. Gallen and Lausanne (MSc in Management, 2012). She finished her Master in Law at the University of St. Gallen in 2014 and graduated as certified tax expert in 2019. Before joining Walder Wyss, Ursina Gremminger gained working experience as a trainee at the public prosecutor’s office in Gossau (SG) and the cantonal commercial and notary's office in St. Gallen.

Ursina Gremminger's professional languages are German, English, French and Spanish. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
