2 May 2022 – We are delighted to announce that Rayan Houdrouge has joined the team of Walder Wyss as a new partner in our Geneva office.

Rayan Houdrouge advises and represents Swiss and multinational companies as well as international organizations on all employment law matters. He has an extensive experience in executive transfers, compensation packages, work regulations, internal audits and collective procedures such as business transfers and collective dismissals. Rayan Houdrouge is also an accredited social security expert (Swiss federal certificate) and regularly assists clients in matters related to social security and pension funds, including contentious aspects.

He studied at the University of Lausanne (lic. iur.) and New York University School of Law (LL.M. in Corporate Law) and holds the Swiss Federal Certificate for Labour Law. He was admitted to the bar in the Canton of Geneva in 2005.

Rayan Houdrouge’s professional languages are French, English and German. He is registered with the Geneva Bar and is admitted to practice in all Swiss cantons.
