UBS Switzerland and Credit Suisse – EUR 250m financing of Guess Europe

4 May 2022 – UBS Switzerland AG as Mandated Lead Arranger, Joint Bookrunner, Agent and Sustainability Coordinator and Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. as Mandated Lead Arranger and Joint Bookrunner entered into a Swiss law governed EUR 250,000,000 sustainability-linked revolving credit facility agreement for Guess Europe Sagl with an international bank syndicate.

Walder Wyss acted as legal advisor to UBS Switzerland AG and Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. The team included Lukas Wyss (Partner, Banking Finance), Roger Ammann (Managing Associate, Banking Finance), Sylvia Anthamatten (Managing Associate, IP), Maurus Winzap (Partner, Tax) and Elisha Odenheimer (Trainee, Banking Finance).
