IMMOFONDS acquires four real estates in Ticino

3 July 2022 – On June 30, 2022 IMMOFONDS closed its acquisition of four real estates comprising of 48 apartments in Lugano, thus expanding its geographical reach to southern Switzerland.

Walder Wyss advised IMMOFONDS as buyer in this transaction.
