Davide Jermini is a partner at Walder Wyss and he heads its Lugano Office. He is mainly active in the fields of corporate and commercial law, M&A (in particular real estate transactions) as well as general banking & finance (including regulatory issues). Moreover, he advises on employment law issues and corporate succession planning. He regularly assists Swiss subsidiaries of international groups and banks, both in advisory and litigation matters. His strong economic background allows him a deep understanding of the commercial needs of his clients. Davide Jermini is member of the Legal Advisory Board of the Centro di Studi Bancari, Lugano.

Davide Jermini was born in 1968 and studied economics at the University of St. Gallen (lic. oec. HSG, 1992) and law at the University of Basle (lic. iur., 1995; magna cum laude). He was admitted to the Ticino bar in 1999 and to the Ticino notary society in 2000. Since June 2016 he is Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He joined Walder Wyss in 2013 after having worked 5 years for a major international business law firm in Zurich and after having been a partner in Zurich and Lugano based law firms for 8 years. He regularly publishes and lectures in his fields of expertise. Davide Jermini is mentioned by Chambers as a recognized real estate practitioner. According to Legal500 he is recommended for corporate and real estate matters.

Davide Jermini is fluent in Italian, German, English and French. He is registered with the Ticino Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland. He is further admitted as notary in Ticino.
