Restructuring and integration at Inplenion and Satriun

22 December 2022 – Two leading consultancies in the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) landscape – Inplenion and Satriun – are joining forces to integrate consulting teams in certain European countries. Inplenion, a Swiss based entity, and Satriun specialise in finance transformation and the implementation of CPM software solutions.

Walder Wyss advised Inplenion and its shareholders on this restructuring. The team was led by Alexandre Both (Partner, corporate/M&A) and included Janine Corti (Counsel, tax) and Riccardo Brazerol (Associate, corporate/M&A).
