TPF closes private placement

26 December 2022 – Transports publics fribourgeois Trafic (TPF TRAFIC) SA closed the financing of the acquisition of train carriages. The financing was made through a CHF 32 mio. private placement.

Walder Wyss advised TPF on the financing. The Walder Wyss team included Alexandre Both (Partner) and Fabienne Limacher (Partner, Tax).
