ITS Kanal Services Ltd acquires Künzli Group

20 April 2023 – ITS Kanal Services Ltd acquired Künzli Group. Künzli Group is active in the areas of wastewater disposal, rehabilitation and environmental management in western Switzerland. ITS Kanal Services Ltd, in Boswil, is a full-service provider for the maintenance and value preservation of sewer systems and surfaces. With 400 employees, it offers services in the areas of sewer cleaning, sewer inspection, trenchless rehabilitation, wastewater recycling as well as demarcation, skid resistance improvement and surface cleaning.

Walder Wyss advised ITS Kanal Services Ltd on the acquisition.
