UBS Switzerland AG – EUR 100 million revolving credit facility agreement for Zehnder Group

22 August 2023 – Walder Wyss advised UBS Switzerland AG as Mandated Lead Arranger, Sole Bookrunner, Coordinator, Agent and Lender in connection with the renewal of the CHF 100 million revolving credit facility agreement with an increase option of CHF 50 million for Zehnder Group (SIX: ZEHN). Zehnder Group is a leading international provider of complete solutions for a healthy and comfortable indoor climate.

The Walder Wyss team acted as counsel to UBS Switzerland AG. The team included David Borer (Partner, Banking Finance), Lukas Wyss (Partner, Banking Finance), Helene Tasman (Trainee, Banking Finance) and Maurus Winzap (Partner, Tax).
