Walder Wyss advises LEND on Series C Financing Round

4 January 2024 – The Swiss FinTech Start-Up LEND has successfully completed a Series C financing round of CHF 2,5 million. In the course of the financing round, crowd investors have been issued new shares in the form of ledger-based securities (share tokens) and existing investors have converted loans into equity. With the new capital, LEND intends to invest further in growth.

The team was led by Marion Bähler (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and further included Letizia Schlegel (Associate, Corporate/M&A) and Viviana Montorfano (Trainee Lawyer, Corporate/M&A).
