17 April 2024 – Walder Wyss has represented Digitec Galaxus AG, Switzerland's largest online store and part of the Migros group, in an investigation that has been ongoing since 2021 by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). The investigation primarily concerned issues of transparency, customer accounts and the right of objection.

The team was led by David Vasella (Partner, Data Protection) and included team members Amina Chammah (Associate, Data Protection) and Lukas Moser (Trainee), as well as Bernadette Bucheli and Christine Schweikard.
