Two new Partners, a new Counsel and three new Associates strengthen our teams in Geneva and Lausanne
1 September 2024 – We are delighted to announce that Alain Alberini and Vincent Pfammatter have joined as new Partners our teams in Lausanne and Geneva. Adrien Alberini has joined as new Counsel, Alma Marchand, Chloé Ricci and Caroline Sauthier have joined as new Associates in our Geneva office.
Alain Alberini is specialized in Intellectual Property, Competition law and legal aspects related to Information and Communication Technology. He is involved in the national and international strategy of protecting, implementing and defending his clients' intangible assets. It includes representing clients before judicial (civil and criminal) and administrative authorities, as well as negotiating and drafting complex agreements (including M&A transactions). As a corollary, Alain is active in the fields of cybersecurity, data protection, health sciences, media and entertainment law.
Vincent Pfammatter specializes in corporate and non-profit law, providing services in relation to the setting up of cutting-edge projects, crafting and negotiating complex agreements and representing clients in litigious situations or before authorities. He also assists entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals and legal entities with a focus on the development and impact of their business and activities. Vincent structures businesses and non-profit ventures (foundations, associations and international organizations) as well as entities at the cross-roads of both. Vincent also specializes in tech law, in particular in matters related to innovation, data protection and privacy as well as cybersecurity.
Adrien Alberini specializes in technology law, providing services in relation to the setting up of innovative projects, drafting and negotiating complex agreements, as well as representing clients before courts or in the context of settlements. Adrien further assists entrepreneurs and fast-growing companies in relation to the development of their commercial activities, the structuring of their business and the management of financing matters. Moreover, Adrien is a recognized expert in economic law, a field in which he assists entities in the public sector on a regular basis. He also provides regular assistance to private companies with respect to regulatory issues and their relationship with States or regulators.
Alma Marchand specializes in public law and health law. She advises and represents public sector entities before courts, as well as assists private companies with regulatory compliance and their interactions with public authorities. She also practices in data protection in these fields, with a particular focus on medical data and issues related to medical secrecy. Additionally, she has experience in philanthropy law, regularly assisting non-profit entities and international organizations.
Chloé Ricci specializes in corporate and non-profit law, as well as commercial contracts. She regularly assists non-profit entities in structuring their initiatives in the form of foundations, associations, international organizations or companies, and advises them on all related legal matters.
Caroline Sauthier specializes in corporate and commercial law. She advises companies active in a wide range of business sectors in relation to the development of their commercial activities, the structuring of their business and the management of financing matters. Her practice includes advice in technology, IT and data protection, as well as ESG & sustainability.
