collana IT Group acquires Option 4.0 AG and Cloudspirit AG

15 April 2025 – With the acquisition of Option 4.0 AG and Cloudspirit AG, collana IT GmbH is consistently pursuing its acquisition strategy in the DACH region and further strengthening its expertise and range of solutions in the Microsoft environment. Option 4.0 is an established provider of cloud solutions with decades of industry experience. As a Microsoft Solutions Partner in the areas of Data & AI and Digital & App Innovation, Option 4.0 develops cloud-based individual solutions and AI solutions for its customers. Cloudspirit AG focuses on providing its customers with a secure working environment, with a focus on modern work and cybersecurity.

Walder Wyss advised collana IT Group, a portfolio company of Ufenau Capital Partners, on the transaction. The team was led by Stefan Knobloch (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and Fabienne Anner (Counsel, Corporate/M&A) and further included Kevin Caratsch (Trainee Lawyer, Corporate/M&A), Rahel Steiner (Trainee Lawyer, Corporate/M&A), Alice Vorburger (Managing Associate, Corporate/M&A), Kento Reutimann (Associate, IP/IT/Data Protection) and Lea Germann (Associate, Employment).
