Kevin Caratsch is an attorney in the Corporate/M&A team of Walder Wyss. His preferred areas of practice include domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law as well as general contract law.

Kevin Caratsch studied at the University of St. Gallen (B.A. HSG in Law and Economics 2019, M.A. HSG in Law and Economics 2022) and completed an exchange semester at the NYU Stern School of Business (USA). Prior to joining Walder Wyss as an attorney, he had already worked at Walder Wyss as a trainee lawyer as well as a law clerk at the District Court of Zurich. He was admitted to the bar in 2025.
