The Devillard Group, which specializes in printing, document management, and cybersecurity in French-speaking Switzerland, has announced its internal transfer through a management buyout. Claude and Marc Devillard are handing over the company to François Pflieger and Luc Schenkel, current members of the management team. They will become co-CEOs, responsible for sales and operations, respectively. This takeover is in line with the Group's strengths: local governance, strong values, and a constant desire for innovation and improvement.

Walder Wyss advised the buyers on contractual aspects of the transaction. The team included Laurent Schmidt (Corporate/M&A, Managing Associate) and Patrick W. Vogel (Corporate/M&A, Partner).
