Walder Wyss advises bluu unit on acquisiton of IPS Gebäudetechnik AG

Walder Wyss has advised bluu unit GmbH (bluu unit), a portfolio company of Triton Smaller Mid-Cap Fund II and a rapidly growing alliance of regionally strong companies in the fields of sustainable refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilation technology as well as data center solutions, on the acquisition of IPS Gebäudetechnik AG, Bern. With this acquisition, bluu unit is entering the Swiss market and is taking a significant strategic step toward the company’s internationalization.
