UBS Switzerland AG – Refinancing of SpineArt SA

Walder Wyss acted as counsel to UBS Switzerland AG as mandated lead arranger in connection with the refinancing and increase of secured syndicated credit facilities totaling CHF 50,000,000 and USD 31,500,000.

SpineArt SA is a global medtech innovator in advanced spine surgery solutions based in Switzerland, Spain and the US. The group partners with surgeons and hospitals in over 60 countries to accelerate the adoption of advanced spine technologies that support patient care. The refinancing will support the continued development of this fast-growing global company.

Walder Wyss acted as counsel to UBS Switzerland AG. The team was co-led by Luc Defferrard (Partner, Banking & Finance) and Anaëlle Genoud (Managing Associate, Banking & Finance), and also included Maurus Winzap (Partner, Tax) and Dominik Lusti (Trainee Lawyer, Banking & Finance).
