We specialise in complex disputes and have a particular focus on engineering and construction, M&A transactions, shareholders’ disputes, all types of delivery, cooperation, distribution, licensing and joint venture agreements and commodities trading. Our recent workload comprises arbitrations inter alia in the pharmaceutical, food and drug, telecommunication, energy, construction, machinery, financial services and engineering business.
