7 juillet 2011 – Migros sells packaging business to German RLC

The Swiss retailer Migros has announced the sale of its packaging business to German RLC Packaging Group. RLC acquires the business consisting of Limmatdruck Ltd., Spreitenbach, and Zeiler Ltd., Köniz, for an undisclosed price. Migros is advised on this transaction by Walder Wyss, the team is lead by Markus Pfenninger.
