27 novembre 2012 – Swiss Mobiliar Asset Management Ltd. has received the license as investment management company from the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA). As of spring 2013, Swiss Mobiliar Asset Management Ltd. intends to launch a Swiss real property fund for qualified investors. In addition, Swiss Mobiliar Asset Management Ltd. will assume the fund management of the MobiFonds 3a fund and engage in the repatriation of the fund management activities from Luxembourg to Switzerland with respect to MobiFonds Select 20, 50 and 90 to be effected presumably by mid 2013.

Walder Wyss acts as legal counsel to Swiss Mobiliar Asset Management Ltd. on the reorganization of the investment fund business. The Walder Wyss team is led by Markus Pfenninger (Partner, Banking Finance) and includes Maurus Winzap (Partner, Tax), Helen Renggli (Associate, Banking Finance) and Martina Nüesch (Associate, Banking Finance).
