14 août 2013 – Genolier Swiss Medical Network SA (SIX: AEVS), a network of private hospitals in Switzerland, acquired Villa im Park AG, an attending doctor hospital in Rothrist. As a member of the «Swiss Leading Hospitals» Villa im Park belongs to the leading private hospitals in Switzerland.

Walder Wyss was acting as legal advisor to the Sellers.
