Walder Wyss tops Swiss ranking by number of M&A Deals in 2013

Walder Wyss AG tops the ranking by number of M&A Deals in 2013 among Swiss law firms, according to the final full-year league tables released by MergerMarket.

We successfully handled 22 reportable M&A transactions, and a significant number of additional transactions could not have been reported for confidentiality reasons. Walder Wyss ranked 18 (out of more than 400 law firms) in the Germanic Market (GER-AUT-CH) and was the number one legal adviser in Switzerland.
