3 novembre 2021 – The full-service PR and communications agency cR Kommunikation AG has joined the digital agency group MYTY Group AG. The agency network MYTY now consists of six agencies in Switzerland and Germany, which combine DACH-wide their expertise in strategy, creation, technology and marketing under the umbrella of the MYTY Group. The communication specialists CRK are proven experts in the fields of campaigning, public affairs, public relations, employer branding and social PR.

Walder Wyss advised MYTY Group, a portfolio company of Ufenau Capital Partners, on the transaction.
