Managing Associate
Fabienne Anner is Managing Associate in the Corporate/M&A team. Her practice focuses on domestic and international M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. In addition, she advises corporate clients on all matters of corporate and commercial law related to their daily operations and supports them regarding corporate governance.
Fabienne Anner was educated at the University of Zurich (lic.iur. Zurich 2007). Before joining Walder Wyss in 2014, she worked as legal counsel in a commodity trading company in Zug, as trainee in a midsize law firm in Zurich and as an intern in the legal departments of a major Swiss bank and a media group.
Fabienne Anner's professional languages are German and English. She also speaks French and Hebrew.
