29 novembre 2021 – Infoniqa, a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus, acquires Run My Accounts AG, a Swiss online-software and automated accounting service provider.

Infoniqa is a leading provider of Human Resource (HR) solutions for SMEs in Austria and one of the fastest growing software providers in the DACH region. Infoniqa is part of Warburg Pincus, a leading global private equity firm with an active portfolio of more than 195 companies.

Walder Wyss advised Warburg Pincus and Infoniqa on the transaction.
