Walder Wyss has advised Koblenz-based education start-up Sdui on Swiss law related topics in a debt financing
The Sdui Group is currently represented in Germany, Switzerland and Belgium with a total of around 170 employees. In addition, the Sdui Group is active in four other countries, including Italy and Spain; more than 10,000 educational institutions throughout Europe use the solution.
