31 octobre 2023 – Walder Wyss acted as counsel to ITS Kanal Services AG and KLAR Partners Limited in connection with its new CHF 123m acquisition and working facilities with UBS Switzerland AG as mandated lead arranger, agent, security agent and lender. ITS Kanal Services AG is a Switzerland-based leader in underground infrastructure maintenance services with KLAR Partners Limited as majority shareholder.

Walder Wyss advised ITS Kanal Services AG and KLAR Partners Limited with respect to all legal aspects of the financing transaction.
