4 décembre 2023 – The Cendres+Métaux Group acquired 100% of the shares in Lauener & Cie SA, based in Boudry NE. Lauener & Cie SA specializes in high-precision turned parts for the watchmaking industry and medical technology. After 14 years at the helm of the company, Emmanuel and Caroline Raffner decided to sell the company, together with CIC Capital (Suisse) SA, a subsidiary of Groupe Crédit Mutuel Equity, as minority financial investor. Fabienne Mazières, Thomas Bitzi and Valentin Koun leaded the transaction on behalf of CIC Capital (Suisse) SA.
