6 décembre 2024 – Walder Wyss successfully defended a pharmaceutical logistics company before the Commercial Court of Zurich against claims for accountability and information brought by a financial broker in preparation for commission claims in the millions. The dispute arose out of the pharmaceutical logistics company's equity financing round and an unrelated brokerage agreement.

Micha Bühler (Partner, Litigation and Arbitration) and Florian Iten (Associate, Litigation and Corporate/M&A) represented the pharmaceutical logistics company before the Commercial Court of Zurich and successfully negotiated a settlement under which the claimant unconditionally withdrew all claims and accepted all court and party costs.
