31 mars 2025 – On 31 March 2025, Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund (MGB) announced the sale of the Mibelle Group to Persán.

The Mibelle Group is active in the Personal Care & Beauty, Home Care, and Nutrition business segments. It produces and manages its own renowned brands, including "Lee Stafford" and "B.tan". It is also a manufacturer of own brands, including Migros’s well-known own brands "I am" and "Handy". The globally successful Mibelle Biochemistry offers the most modern and effective active ingredients for the cosmetics industry. The Mibelle Group employs around 1,400 people in Switzerland, France, the UK, and the USA. It also has sales offices in the Netherlands and Australia.
