Walder Wyss advised UBS Switzerland AG as mandated lead arranger, coordinator, agent and security agent together with Zürcher Kantonalbank as mandated lead arranger and lender in connection with a credit facilities agreement for QR Group AG. QR Group AG is the Master Franchise of Burger King Switzerland with 52 restaurants in various regions of Switzerland and over 1,000 employees.
